ArtLando 2017

ARTLando is an original art event that began in 2014, and I have been a part of it from the very beginning! Brought to you by Orlando Weekly, this one-day, all-art, all-day event has grown bigger every year, and I’m so excited to be part of the team to bring it to Orlando for a fourth time!

If you want to get a look at the amazing-ness that is the art scene of Orlando, ARTLando is a must attend!

Here are a few videos from past years, if you weren’t able to attend. For those who have come out, let’s re-live the awesome!

There are multiple ways for artists to get involved in ARTLando.

Be a part of the Art Walk & Competition

100+ artists cover the lawn: displaying, selling and creating art. Art created on-site will be entered into the live art competition, and cash awards will be given away in several categories. It’s up to each artist if they want to compete in the live art competition.

Many artists set up and sell their art. 100% of revenue from art sales will go directly to the artists. Information on how to secure an artist spot is located at

Artists must read and fill out the application, submit 3 photos of their art, and pay the registration fee of $145. The fee gives artists a space in the event and access to electricity. We sell out each year, so get your applications in sooner rather than later!

Interactive Art Projects

During past ARTLando events we have hosted Lion painting for Orlando City Soccer, benches for Lynx, car painting for Toyota, and bike racks for Juice Bike. There is no fee to participate in these, but artists that are interested must submit photos of their past work. Often times they must submit the idea for the project so we can get partner approval. Basic art supplies are usually provided, but artists are encouraged to bring specific supplies to complete their vision.

I painted a bike rack last year and, of course, I added glitter to my design! You can see the finished bike racks in front of the Orlando Museum of Art!

ARTLando T-shirt Project

Artists can submit a t-shirt design to be voted on. Designs must use only one color of ink. The amount of money each selected artist receives depends on how many of the t-shirts featuring their design are ordered. Check out some of the past designs here.

One of my favorite designs from 2016 by Brendan O’Conner.

If you are interested in participating in any of these offerings, or need more information, email me at

And don’t forget, ARTLando is a dog friendly event!
